重回跑步機---晨曦下讓我流淚的那首歌

病了兩周。終於複原。好久沒這麽

今天終於回到跑步機兩小時，每半個小時加速，最後半小時要all out。

那半個小時，我就要開始祭出ironman的video來激勵自己。我有一個favorite list，上麵都是激勵自己的video，最喜歡的一首歌，就是hall of fame。

大鐵開始前，我們站在水邊，喇叭裏突然放起Hall of fame。不少人都流淚了。 站在那個長長的隊伍裏每個人都有自己的故事，都背負著許多沉甸甸的希冀和渴望。那首歌詞，直擊我們的心靈深處，在晨曦下，留下最震撼的一刻。

在跑步機上再聽那首歌，仍然忍不住淚花閃爍。我特別喜歡那句You could walk straight through hell with a smile。就是中文裏浴火重生的感覺吧。那是我許多次長距離開水訓練以後的感覺，好像重新回到人間。

zhe'zh這張照片是七月份是七月份santa rosa 比賽前訓練時候拍的。

早上七點，濃霧彌漫，浮標還沒有排好，整個水麵茫然一片。我在湖邊站了很久，才有勇氣下去。遊過橋下，大橋的陰影投射在水上，顯得很陰森，我突然很害怕，周圍什麽都看不見，一個浪頭打過來喝了幾口水。我漂了半天才有勇氣把頭再埋進水裏。

回來時候幾乎看不到出發的碼頭，讓我很緊張，後來慢慢雲霧散去，我才看到老公焦急的身影站在山坡上。

爬出水的時候，說實話我很佩服自己。三個月前我第一次開水，連碰不到底的水域都不敢去。現在我敢一個人在大霧中去試水。因為心裏有個目標，不停激發我的潛能。

每次這樣的經曆，都讓我對自己越來越有信心，越來越堅強。

短片和這首歌，讓我淚流滿麵，聽了好幾遍。沒有參加過打鐵，但是有過爬向目標的經曆。也是特別喜歡那句
You could walk straight through hell with a smile. “浴火重生”譯得極好。為了那最後的浴火重生。什麽苦都值了。
