被列出拍賣的有6百，但是到了最後關頭，有一半以上都stay了，就是不拍賣了。所以參加拍賣很辛苦，很多研究都白做了。最後有200多被拍賣。
200多被拍賣的，大部分都被銀行自己收回去了。隻有30多個被第三者買走。我有兩個正好靠的近，在一頁上，大家可以看到我出的15，001.00和121，000.00兩個價格。

由於不能長時間用計算機，我就不一一回答網友的問題了。
有朋友把我1萬塊的房子和va_landlord的一萬塊的房子相比。
我想這就搞錯了。
Valandlord是房地產大師，所以他看中的房子，投資的是房產。
而我對房地產是從business角度去看，我投的不是房產，不是房子，而是租賃客，我看中的是rentalbusiness,不是不動產。
因為重點不同，所以結果不同。
