被列出拍賣的有6百,但是到了最後關頭,有一半以上都stay了,就是不拍賣了。所以參加拍賣很辛苦,很多研究都白做了。最後有200多被拍賣。
200多被拍賣的,大部分都被銀行自己收回去了。隻有30多個被第三者買走。我有兩個正好靠的近,在一頁上,大家可以看到我出的15,001.00和121,000.00兩個價格。

由於不能長時間用計算機,我就不一一回答網友的問題了。
有朋友把我1萬塊的房子和va_landlord的一萬塊的房子相比。
我想這就搞錯了。
Valandlord是房地產大師,所以他看中的房子,投資的是房產。
而我對房地產是從business角度去看,我投的不是房產,不是房子,而是租賃客,我看中的是rentalbusiness,不是不動產。
因為重點不同,所以結果不同。
