電腦用的時間長了，就會越來越慢，近來慢得像老牛拖車，下決心清理，下麵這些步驟還真管用，果然速度快了許多，總結一下並分享，我用的是PC window 7。
1) 電腦power on 後，要花很長時間才能打開window。
電腦桌麵desktop裏，icon少些，如果有些files非要放在desktop而不是別的 drive裏的話，盡量把散亂的files 歸入相應的folder。電腦啟動時，desktop的files都要run一下的，所以desktop東西越少越好，同一類文件放folder 比一個個單獨放在desktop啟動速度會快些。
然後do these steps：Start / Run / type “msconfig” 
Choose “start up”tab / uncheck those you do not want them to run when you turn on your computer。
看看我的電腦裏不知道什麽時候這麽多的programs都打上了勾，我並沒有打勾啊，所以電腦一開，都在run這些，啟動就慢S了，把勾都去掉，留下要run的，啟動速度就快了很多。
2）從某天起，不管用IE還是Chrome，都有3，4個討厭的廣告出來晃，電腦速度很慢，仔細看後，叫什麽browse smart，一定是在internet流覽時不小心點了什麽就偷偷裝上了computer，如果是這樣的話，就在電腦裏找到這個virus。。。
start / control panel / Program and Features / 在Uninstall or change a program 裏找到了browse smart，然後uninstall，就沒了pop out的廣告了。
第二個找到的是Sendori，這是個Malware，我也在“Uninstall or change a program”裏remove了。
還找到這個“weDownload Manager” adware，也uninstall了，這個也是Malware。
3）電腦的hard drive free space 越來越少了。這時需要delete all the temp files
Start / Run / type “%temp%” （用shift 5 打 % ）
Enter 後出來下麵這個，“control A” to select all ， 然後delete （if there are some files not let you to delete，就skip好了。）
我刪去了幾個GB，free了很多的space。
4）再uncheck some files
在Start處的“Search programs and files”裏，打“windows features” 
a）如果你不玩game的，去掉Games這裏的check mark
b）Tablet PC Components 的check mark 也去掉，其他的原來怎樣就怎樣。
c）在Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1這裏都打勾。
5）再刪除一些files
Start / Run / type “Prefetch”
Enter後出來的files，用“control A”to select all，然後delete all。
如果有的無法delete，就skip。
做了這些步驟後，電腦速度快多了，很高興啊。
在C：drive裏，right mouse click，choose properties/ general tab 查看到free space多出了不少。在這裏還可以click “Disk Cleanup”/ check all the boxes and delete them all。
6）當然還要run virus scanner，抓住4個木馬殺了。
7）也想restore the computer to a prior date to get rid off the malware。But I got the message saying, restore not successful and suggest me to turn off virus scanner 再run，我就回去做了上麵的步驟，結果問題都解決了，不需要restore了。Restore 在window 7裏的path是：
Start / Control Panel / Backup and Restore / Recover system settings or your computer / Open system restore / Next / …
8）在清理電腦時，我check disk，結果電腦run了幾個小時，以後這個要在有足夠的時間做。還不清楚這個起多大的作用。這個path是：
在C：drive，right mouse click，choose properties/ Tools / 我不小心點了 Error Checking的check now 結果電腦run了幾個小時。中間不能停的，上當了。
9）在internet explorer裏：
Tool/ Pop-up Blocker / Pop-up Blocker Settings / 在底部選 high，然後再一個個網站手動allow always或者allow once，這樣最安全。但是太麻煩了，選medium比較好。
10）在C：drive的這個path，也有很多的files需刪掉。
C：/ Users / your name / 下麵有My Music，My Pictures，My Videos folders，有時download things，不知存到哪裏了，於是就再save，然後choose 自己要的path，結果電腦裏其實有了兩份，這裏刪掉了多年來存下的files，結果也有幾個GB了。
11）empty recycle bin別忘了這一步，真正把不要的東西徹底從電腦裏去掉。
