It's dangerous to assume Chinese have infinite brainpower to kill off when results in science and corporation don't show it.
And Chinese are failing the reality test of survival. Even with the "talent" that we have - an amount set to diminish - we're getting wiped out.
That illusion of infinite talent, plus infinite people is another excuse for most Chinese to do nothing. For example, one of my Overseas Chinese friends back in N.Y.C., born in Shanghai without any siblings due to the 1-child policy, not a dumb guy, lazily assumes we're too many to ever get wiped out.
