Loreena Mckennitt,一位凱爾特風格的歌手,學過十年的古典鋼琴,有五年的聲樂訓練經驗，是位頗具音樂素養的歌星,她的音樂並非純淨的愛爾蘭風味,中間多了一些動態的元素。同時她也是一位講故事的高手，將古詩歌與傳統音樂巧妙的相結合到了一起，將古老的故事與傳說用她那如浮在空中的輕羽般輕靈縹緲的聲音講述，伴著迷人的音樂讓你的耳朵與心靈共享。
The Mummers' Dance描寫的是春季Stratford 的一個夜晚，婆娑的樹葉襯托藍色的天空，隨著風而搖擺的樹枝條，好像是一群人在默默的不停的舞蹈。穿著紅舞鞋，這舞蹈永不能停下，在所有的白日與黑夜，從每一個春天與秋天，自過去到今天到明日。 黃色的酢漿草花在荒野上沸騰，風笛穿行，鼓聲從未停息，這節奏沒有止境。在遊吟詩人緩長的吟唱中，長發飛揚，舞步滑移，前一步，後一步，命運從腳下延伸...... 瞬間與永恒，搖擺裏，拾取時光之河的波浪，綴上花冠，上一支舞與這一舞間，能否聽到花朵開落的聲音？ 永不能停止，這是唯一的武器，靈魂隻為舞蹈存在。這是藝者之舞，這是命運之舞。或者興致盎然，或者意興闌珊......
