我沒看視頻,但是根據評論,大概了解其觀點。其實現實是,能對自己狠的人,做高強度高難度運動的人,其運動已經不是完全為了健康長壽了,這個不是平常人可以理解的。
作為平常人,的確可以借用中庸觀點來為自己沒有能力沒有願望來超越自己而釋然。照樣可以健康長壽。
但是通往健康長壽的路是可以有許多種。自己走自己的路就好了。
