我每次做完負重訓練,轉天都肌肉酸痛(是那種好的酸痛,而不是受傷的痛),想當天再去,也去不了啊。哈哈。慢跑之類的倒是還可以繼續做,可惜意誌力不夠好,一般就偷懶了
