我有第一本, 其概括介紹了一些力量訓練的重要話題諸如如何製定訓練計劃 ,增加強度,預防傷害,伸展運動,有氧訓練與重量訓練等,  挺不錯的,雖說這本書是針對女性讀者的(主要是運動計劃是針對女性特點的),但基本原理無疑都是相通的。

我也看過第三本, 針對有一定基礎的個人,講一些高級技巧, 感覺寫得非常很好,尤其講了大量如何避免受傷的細節

第二本還沒有讀過。基於對整套書係列的印象,感覺也會不錯

第四本用圖詳細解析 每個動作的要領,是不錯的參考資料。這本書我第一個買,但目前看得最少。
