我長跑或長騎後,泡泡浴很享受放鬆,對緩解肌肉酸痛有幫助。
真虐呀。但是跑下來了,四小時之內,克服了困難,應該還是拍拍自己的肩膀,說自己好樣的。泡個泡泡浴吧。
