每次跑步前熱身時會慢跑幾分鍾後做一些drill,開合跳,腿下擊掌,高抬腿,腳跟踢屁股,前弓大跨步,抬腿卷腹,等等,總共10到15分鍾吧。平時會做一些自重訓練,但不係統。推薦的錄像中有少部分動作做過。
