房客提前解約,願付到新房客入住,我可以扣押金嗎?

我有一房客簽約住到明年八月.昨天說想買房,有可能提前解約.請問大家怎樣做合理?

我想要求他: 1.付到新房客入住為止, 2. 付清潔費用. 3. 扣半月押金補嚐我花時間找新房客. 這樣做合理嗎?
