if they will do 1, and 2, why you want 扣半月押金補嚐花時間找新房客?

if they do 1, that's means you don't have any loss, why 扣半月押金?

 

我都是 給 我 的 房客這麽說， 如果他們買到可心的房子， 要 break lease隻要 他們提早告訴我，配合我早日找到 新房客，付到新房客入住為止。 我不會為難他們， 不會扣他們押金的（ clean fee 除外）。
