有錢幹嗎要為窮租客當牛馬？

房地產資金一套就是幾年，二十年下來回收年均不過 5-6%，交易成本高達 5% 以上。

投資股票長期下來再倒黴也有 7-8%。  幾分鍾賣掉股票就可以去度假。走到哪兒，trade 到哪兒。

每天看看報，雜誌，電視， 旅遊，輕輕鬆鬆過日子。
