請教班長，如大, Va_landlord 等， 如果市政府要買俺的房子怎麽個價錢？

俺現在offer 一個房子， 在市裏一條繁忙的大街邊， 由於街道擴建， 這個房子和附近的幾棟房子都是在被征收的區域內， 征收的時間大概在三年後， 班子，如大，Va_landlord 到時候這個征收價是怎麽算？是按當時的市價？
