嘿嘿。昨天的帖得罪了某些agent. 但這也說明

Agent 和 buyer 的利益不是完全重合的。

我當然理解某些老中agent 對dual agent 的不滿，因為老中agent 幾乎都沒有做dual agent的機會。

銀行的REO房在老白agent 的手裏，短賣房在老墨的手裏。老中一是人少，短賣，止贖的更少。

我如果用buyer agent, 就盡量用老中agent, 同族嘛，互相照顧嘛。

但短賣就是這麽個市場，有listing的為王。

就同一老墨代理，三月份又找到我，又有類似的一個deal, 但要我多付他一萬，我猶豫了兩天，嘿嘿，the deal was gone. 就像他說的一樣，他那的cash investor 排著隊等deal呢。這家夥手裏經常有上百的listings.

法律層麵上的問題，不過都是些技術和程序問題，對這些老油條而言，玩合法的遊戲是小菜一碟。
