比如說loss of income, unemployed, divorce, new-born, relocation etc. 很多時候house under water is NOT legitimate reason for short-selling.

你需要給銀行所有paystub, bank statements, tax returns before they can approve shortsale.

如果你qualify，很多銀行不會追difficiency.
