我們也是沒有辦法的辦法要short sale，可是如何操作一點也不清楚。


１）是先要停付３次貸款才能做short sale？還是直接找個short sale company上市房子，讓她們與銀行聯 係？
２）short sale後我們還有債務問題嗎？債務＝（你目前貸款數－賣後價格）／２
