急，就黴菌一事請教ＪＹ，如山等高人

最近好不容易在我最想要的好區拿到了一個ＨＵＤ的房子。貸款估價建議查ＷＡＴＥＲ　ＤＡＭＡＧＥ，發現有手掌大的一片黴菌，不確定是否地板下會有更多的黴菌。房子是１９９６年建的，外觀很好。　我的出價比市場價格低　２０％。找３個　ＭＯＬＤ　ＣＯＮＴＲＡＣＴＯＲ　看，　結果有一個說ＫＩＴＣＨＥＮ（ＴＩＬＥ　ＦＬＯＯＲ）　被ＦＬＯＯＤ　過，　要２０Ｋ　做ＭＯＬＤ　ＲＥＭＩＤＩＡＴＩＯＮ。

真讓人失望。我想我可以用１０Ｋ用一個ＣＯＮＴＲＡＣＴＯＲ做好ＭＯＬＤ　ＲＥＭＩＤＩＡＴＩＯＮ　（包括ＫＩＴＣＨＥＮ　ＣＡＢＩＮＥＴ）。但這樣租房和賣房時都要ＤＩＳＣＬＯＳＥ，還要成天擔心租客ＳＵＥ。。。

如果說有一點黴菌的房子就買不得，６０～７０　年的房子不可能從沒有漏過水。我買的是１９９６　的房子，１９６０年前的房子哪裏還敢買啊。
