Thanks for the info, it helps.

I agree, mold is a hype, it is becoming a way for rentor to sue landlord in some worst cases.

The house is in a good nighborhood with a primary school rated 10/10, so it is going to be difficult for me to avoid little kids.

Sounds like I will either get it at roughly a little below market price after all fixing, or lose 2K...
