請教各位投資大俠們：怎樣投資最好？回報高？

背景資料：我們倆人都是小百姓，收入不高，基本全部家庭日用了，不可能存下錢。男人非常不handly。

手頭現有一筆存款，這筆錢在美怎樣投資合適呢？

一，現金付清自住房，家具和車，剩下一點餘款夠付20~30%%首付買一個投資房？

二，買入3個房子，都是20~30%首付，一個自住，2個出租？

大家還有什麽好主意麽？謝謝了~
