some suggestions

1. Buy a small house/townhouse/condum to rent, max pay 20% for downpayment,5-10% return in a year,

2. Invest in Index funds in vangaurd or Fidelity. Buy stock funds in the end of August and move to bond index funds in early May, keep moving like above. It will give you 20% return a year! If you do not know stock, you will lose money.

3. I would like 50% in housing, 50% in stocks.

4. Read a few investment books before any investment.
