We have discussed the lot, floor plans and details with salesman. It is a good builder, but not able to cut the price. The 3% commision blongs to other division, not able to give us any credit. If we put a realtor in the contract, the realtor will get 3% of purchase price. Because the realtor does not do any thing for us, we would like to know if he or she can share the commssion with us by 50%.
