yes, you can easily find some realtor to split 50/50.

If the realtor does not need to do anything but sign his/her name on the contract, making 1.5% is very generous and nice. You could even get more than 50%.

You could have lost some significant savings already because you are not able to cut any price. Many builders do not negotiate price with buyer who does not have an agent.
