Hello xxxx Sorry busy day! They are wonderful tenants, I’ve had them since the beginning of 2013, and they have always paid on time or early. Very nice family!

房東回複不是很重要，主要還是我自己的判斷。

差不多就選這位房客了，打算收1.5倍押金。
