僅供參考。這是兩個月以前就訂好的埃及尼羅河遊輪,Viator說是11月份旺季調價,直接取消了我的訂單。打電話去問,他們說是他們的下家取消,他們也沒辦法。我和Viator又沒個正式合約,連個寫review的地方都找不著。好在沒在最後一分鍾取消。以下是原文。
這才搞笑呢,Viator居然取消了我confirmed reservation。

其實,現在的各種取消是常態,包括航空,郵輪,tour等,合約確認都是胡扯,投訴肯定無門,想想二手方案吧。

航空,郵輪取消通常有足夠的理由也有保護和補償 tour 在第三方訂 很難說 合約確認會有例外條款 投訴並不盡是無門

Please note that the available cruise in November as a five star cruise will cost more than the amount you paid in these bookings, which means that the tour operator has increased the cost of this cruise in November, therefore if you are still interested in taking this cruise you would need to rebook under the new price.
