這才搞笑呢，Viator居然取消了我confirmed reservation。

僅供參考。這是兩個月以前就訂好的埃及尼羅河遊輪，Viator說是11月份旺季調價，直接取消了我的訂單。打電話去問，他們說是他們的下家取消，他們也沒辦法。我和Viator又沒個正式合約，連個寫review的地方都找不著。好在沒在最後一分鍾取消。以下是原文。

We are contacting you about you reservations 12345678 because unfortunately, we were just informed that these bookings have been canceled by the tour operator due to high season, the price changed into a special rate. Please note that the available cruise in November as a five star cruise will cost more than the amount you paid in these bookings, which means that the tour operator has increased the cost of this cruise in November, therefore if you are still interested in taking this cruise you would need to rebook under the new price.    We are sincerely sorry for these circumstances and would like to let you know that a full refund for your bookings has been processed and you can expect to receive the refunds to your credit card within 3-10 business days depending upon the bank or card issuer.
