medical tax, but says to pay penalty if one doesn't buy. Namely people have to buy. The constitution allows collecting tax, if the law called it tax, it wouldn't have that legal issue. US healthcare problem is not in coverage, but in the cost. The cost is getting uncontrollable, too many groups have interest in sharing the profit, they prefer to see it grows rather than shrinks. One day it will collapse.
The problem is the law doesn't dare to call
