actually you never know what will eventually become

the only certainty is that you have to buy. Individual people has no control. It is not like owing a car, you could choose not to owe a car. You can not choose not to have a physical body. 

price control never worked in the past, will not work in the future. The politicians are out of their mind trying to fix problems for other people, for political gain. if that is THE solution for people, God would have done it (believe it or not).
