ravine不是個生僻的詞。我們常說rolling hills, deep ravines, thick woods，and something something 。。。

rolling ravine 有頭韻的美感，跟前麵的３ 的頭音搭配很好（但一點點美中不足的是ravine的重音在後麵）
還有，valley更接近老元的＂起伏的山壑＂的本意，雖然ravine也有valley的意思，但ravine更強調deep， narrow or steep-sided方麵。所以我們長說：deep ravines。
