I had a happy winter holiday season. There are two important holidays during the season: the Spring Festival and the Lantern Festival.

For the Spring Festival, I ate jiaozi, wore new clothes and visited my relatives and friends. Setting off fireworks was very interesting. Getting lucky money was even better.

During the Lantern Festival, Jenny, Danny and I visited my grandparents. We had yuanxiao for breakfast. Then we went to watch a parade. Jenny learned the Yangge Dance from grandma. It was fun. Danny joined the parade. He acted the part of the Monkey King. How interesting! In the evening, we watched beautiful lanterns and solved riddles. It was a wonderful day.
