certificate?

I am the port facility security officer, this is my certificate.

我想這句話的意思是要說：我是港口設施保安員，這是我的證件。可是這兒證件用certificate 是不是不妥？work permit? 電影裏便衣警察，FBI上門找人，總是先亮出他們的證件，同時說：I am FBI agent?好像不用特意說：這是我的證件，嗬嗬

另外，work order 的解釋是：A specific or blanket authorization to perform certain work--usually broader in scope than a job order. It is sometimes used synonymously with job order. 譯成"工作授權“好嗎？英譯漢online dictionary 譯成：工作清單，好像不太對吧？
