And hustling and bustling
And pattering and pounding
And blowing and throwing
And thinning and spinning
And stirring and shaking
And howling and growling
And thundering and sundering
And wrapping and slapping
And swirling and twirling
...
 
Then, rainless and windless
And motionless and soundless
Yet deep into the lightless
Summer night, a sleepless
Man is thinking of a friend...
