我爺爺有兩份probate will,但執行律師執行最後一份

我爺爺在紐約有兩份probate will,但執行律師執行最後一份,最後一份是在他死前10天修改的,但執行律師沒在法庭聲明前一個probate will,我爸也沒接到前一份probate
will,隻在最後一分簽了名.這個律師有沒有犯錯,他是否在幫助別的繼承人?因為最後一份對我父親很不公.
