過海關錢被扣,怎麽辦?急!

我送LG去機場從加拿大到美國乘機飛北京,他一人回京,帶了$6,000多,我準備去銀行存錢,帶了$3,000多,進美國時我們都有說所帶錢數,可他們不信,非說我會把$3,000給LG帶回中國.過程中,他們把我們錢包裏所有的錢加一起說是$11,100左右,說是我們故意把錢分開放以防過$10,000的LIMIT.他們問我錢從哪來時,我一緊張就說錢是LG留下給我的,其實後來想起來一天前因為我隻有$2,000多的CASH在家,他才去銀行取的錢,(按理說那裏有我的錢).這一下可好,他們就更確定錢都是我LG的,不僅錢被扣,還給我們留下了RECORD,而且案子還轉到COURT去了.都怪我傻,腦子確根弦,昨天LG還說錢太多,給我留下點,可他萬萬沒想到我把錢帶上了.我真的很後悔給LG帶來了大麻煩,也不知我是不是還能解釋清楚.LG身無分文的走了,也不知他再回來時會不會被拒絕入境.律師說星期一給COURT打電話,可我心急想先問問勝訴的可能性還有LG需要經常出入美國,以後會不會有很多麻煩,如果勝訴,RECORD能不能去掉.如果去不掉怎麽辦?能不能把所有不好的都加到我一人頭上呢?謝謝幫忙!!!
