辦 Living Trust, 還有必要做 Will 嗎？

我正在辦Living Trust， 我和太太都是 Trustees (共同擁有）， 全部財產都會在Trust 名下。 律師同時也為我和太太準備了各自的Will。問題是，既然有Living Trust（能避免state probation process)，還有必要辦一份will嗎（不能避免state probation process)？

雖然，我單位有 Hyatt Legal cover (每月交16刀），不用自己付，所以律師想多收入也無所謂。但問題是，我需要嗎？如果需要，那麽，哪部分的財產放在 will 裏 要比放到 living trust 裏好呢？為什麽呢？
