一個人擁有和trust擁有是兩回事

我作為個人擁有一個房子，不等於我的trust擁有。即使我是trust的唯一的trustee。

好比我作為個人擁有一個房子，不等於我的LLC擁有這個房子。即使我是LLC的主席總理加執行官。

Steve Jobs的房子，不屬於Apple Inc，即使他擁有100% Apple股票。

Jeff Bezos買下華盛頓郵報，不等於Amazon買下華盛頓郵報。

一個人和這個人全權管理的機構（trust，LLC， Corp）是兩個概念，我不知道我能再如何簡單地向你解釋了。
