還是覺的living trust 和你說的一般意義上的trust管理機構不同。

樓主已把自己的所有財產轉為自己為trustee的trust, 理應全權管理和擁有。死後自然為beneficiary 所繼承。如果繼承者為多人，那就可能有個will為妥，排個順序。
