請教醫療費用問題

我最近做了白內障手術。事前被告知 Lens  是 $2500， 如果選擇和Laser 一起做則Lens可以得到優惠價隻需付$1500，（Laser $2000， Lens $1500）總共 $3500， 且這筆錢是不報送保險公司的，要自己付費。當時他們沒有給我任何有關Lens的信息，所以我簽字同意。手術後，給了我一個卡片上麵是我的lens的所有信息， 網上一查，相同的vendor, model, everything is the same隻要八百多。有種被欺騙的感覺。

請問向這種情況我該怎麽辦？白白被騙嗎？

我和自己的保險公司聯係過，但因為這筆費用是不報到保險公司的（not eligible for coverage or deductable)，所以沒有任何adjustment，他們也不管。

另外錢在手術前都已付清。
