Her reason is that I did not notice her 45 days before moving out, I text her 29 days ahead. She will charge another 16 days for 826US$, but we get her permission when I texted her.
She also claimed for 6 dagamged wood blinds for USS125 each. (I do not think we damaged any blinds, she just wants to replace all the blinds)
bathroom clean fee US$150
bathroom paining US$ 250
On the day we moved out, she want another family in ASAP, hired some persons clean it before we were done with moving. This is the reason that we did not have time cleaning apartment.
