問好桃子! 好久不見了! 盲試cultured butter, 你們母女是真正的 foodie啊

我很喜歡cultured butter, 還有 clotted cream, 以前老去英國出差喜歡上的。可惜美國店一般都沒有，自己嚐試做過，但是嫌麻煩。

不知為啥美國Cream的脂肪含量都那麽低，連double cream都沒有。
