麻煩各位幫忙分析分析...

我幫一位沒有身份的朋友介紹了一個老美,他們去年結婚了.上星期陪他們去移民局麵試,說是讓她提供原始出身證明和公正,還提了好些問題,比如有過幾次婚姻,幾個孩子..為什麽來美國等等. 可是我這位朋友是頂替別人的名字來的,當時的來美理由是探望留學的女兒.現在她告訴移民局他有個兒子在國內. 我想問的是移民局會不會發現她現在說的和當時的簽證申請理由不一致? 如果是的話,綠卡會不會有問題? 能請律師幫忙嗎?
