回複：入境多久了？

好象來了兩年半了. 在國內早就離婚了. 因為自己申請沒能拿到簽證,就花錢頂替了別人的名字來這裏(被頂替的人沒離婚). 結婚到是真的,是我幫她介紹的. 那老公很疼她,她也說從來沒人對她那麽好過. 那天陪他們去麵試,聽她回答問題時我就在犯滴古,如果申請簽證時的那些材料都在電腦記錄裏,那不就是明擺著撒謊嗎? 不過她倒確實是說的實話. 問題是冒名頂替來美國是不是一種很嚴重的違法行為?
