NO easy way out

* But she already oversted here for over an year and half,so even she married to a citizen,she still won't be able to re-enter the usa,after she went back china.. Am I right?

Well..she stayed here under false pretense, right? It is not even her OWN name! To the US government, she (that is in her real identity) was never here.

Like I said, it is catch 22. If she get some fake papers, then she is compounding the problem. If she tells the truth, she will incriminate herself.
