I think she should have left the country under that false name and then re-enter with her own information. And she should have done this BEFORE she married her hu*****and.

Since her hu*****and is a citizen, she will have no trouble getting here LEGALLY.
* But she already oversted here for over an year and half,so even she married to a citizen,she still won't be able to re-enter the usa,after she went back china.. Am I right?

So she can only hope that no one will ever find out. Because if they do and no matter when, her GC can be revoked because she got it under false pretense. I don't think she will be charged criminally, because it is easier for them to deport her
*So,you mean she better do nothing now,just wait to see what will happen..? They told her to bring the 出生證明,and go back there within 84 days. Of course she can't get a real one from china,so she is going to get a fake one from New York...I really don't know if she should do this or not...:(
