父母綠卡申請出生公證問題

給父母申請綠卡，I-485 Instructions 要求父母本人的出生公證。我父母的父母已去世多年，根本無法在國內辦理常規的出生公證。我的親屬關係公證已經注明我父母的名字和出生日期。不知親屬關係公證可否替代常規的出生公證。如果不行，有其他替代文件？
