回複：請問863211老師，國內親屬拿戶口本到公證處。。。

國內公證處就是把戶口本的每一頁翻譯成英文，內容與戶口本完全一樣，有公證處的章，聲明：英文頁與中文*****號碼的戶口本完全一致，公證員的簽名。一共7頁，分別包含了：父母姓名、生日、每個人的出生地、與子女關係，以及子女間的互相關係。
-This kind of 公證 is not 出生公證 and it may not work.出生公證 just need to indicate when and where the person was born and who are the parents. You may ask the當地派出所或公安部門 to write a certification indicating this information for your parents, respectively, then bring the certification and the 戶口本 to the 公證處.

我們提供的祖父母的姓名、生日、出生地，他們說戶口本上沒有，不能多寫，

同時《婚姻公證》還不給辦，說沒有結婚證，需要本人親自回國辦。

差不多花錢600多人民幣，這種“公證”可以嗎？是不是白花錢了！


這種問題國內六七十歲老人非常普遍，祖父母們已經去世多年，搬家、拆遷戶口本變化多次，結婚證找不到，問幾個辦過的人，都是托門子，找關係，到公證處怎麽說就怎麽公證，我的國內親友年輕沒有門子，怎麽辦呢？美國官方的要求是什麽呢？
