我的六年綠卡路 (3)

我就象電子遊戲中的角色,經過幾個月後,我的能量INDEX又RE-CHARGED,開始PERM EB2 (LABOR 於2006年三月批準, I140於2006年4月批準). 當時EB2和EB3排期都未到,所幸移民法中的PD RETENTION RULE, 我的EB2 PD=JAN 2003 (EB3 PD CARRIED OVER). 由於EB2 I140上的PD 沒有用EB3 I140上的PD, I485 被退回一次,經律師寫信澄清, I485 被接受, RD 為JUNE 2006.
從我開始辦綠卡至I485 遞交, 已經3.5年了.

想當初我的LABOR從CHICAGO REGIONAL OFFICE 轉到DALLAS BACKLOG CENTER時, 公司律師對我說,你的PD在MICHIGAN算個老紅軍,一到DALLAS,充其量也就是個老八路.
