我的六年綠卡路 (4)

遞交I485後,當時最大的HURDLE就是FBI NAME CHECK. 我所在的公司辦綠卡時間最長的記錄是一個伊朗人保持,很長時間NAME CHECK不能CLEAR, 前後用了五年綠卡才拿到.
我想我不會這麽倒黴吧.

過了大半年,於2007年4月與本COUNTY的CONGRESSMAN的OFFICE聯係,要求CHECK PENDING I485 STATUS. 幾周後得到意料之中的答複, FBI NAME CHECK NOT CLEARED. 又過了大半年, 於2007年11月又與本COUNTY的CONGRESSMAN的OFFICE聯係,得到答複FBI報NAME CHECK CLEARED, TSC WAS WORKING ON OT TO ADJUDICATE CASES LIKE MINE WITH OLD PD.
不幸的是2007年12月VISA BULLETIN 回退,我的PD不到一個月.
NO WAY OUT, 隻有耐心等待.
