工作了一段時間,我已成了公司一個有名的'奶牛', on-site support, billing rate 頗高, 工資卻不高.鑒於是2005年已開始了PERM, EB2還CURRENT, 公司同意給我辦一個PERM EB2. 但我在2005年太NAIVE.自認為EB3 2003年JAN 已經很早, 不用再WASTE TIME & MONEY了.

2006年一月的VISA BULLETIN和我們開了一個大JOKE, EB2,EB3都回到了不得1998,1999年. 我想這排期一定對綠卡ASPIRANTS是個晴天霹靂! 當時的我嚴重懷疑自己多年努力是否值得,綠卡是否值得我去期待.現在想來當時我一定患有輕度DEPRESSION.
