我的六年綠卡路 (5)

時間推進到2008年三月,我的PD又CURRENT了,這時我的綠卡之路已耗時5年又二個月了,終於刷新了老的RECORD,終於引起了公司上下及IMMIGRATION 律師的'嚴重關注',人們見我談起的TOPIC總會是GREEN CARD?

律師也認為我的PD已算個不折不扣的老紅軍了,一次通話,律師脫口而出,你也夠倒黴的了.

2008年3月過去,GREEN CARD仍無動靜,要求CONGRESSMAN 的OFFICE查詢,結果令我大吃一驚,TSC聲稱我的EB2 PD 為JAN 2006, 沒有把EB3 PD CARRIED OVER. 趕緊打電話給律師求助,律師把我的兩個APPROVED I140 COPY 及移民法中關於PD RETENTION部分EMAIL給CONGRESSMAN 的OFFICE. 總算從TSC得到答複PD 為JAN 2003.

總之,從2008年3月開始,PD 就CURRENT, 而且不用PD CARRIED OVER, EB2 或 EB3 各自PD 一度都CURRENT. GREEN CARD 在2008年都與我擦肩而過. 其間幾次查詢,得到的INFO都是,EVERYTHING IS READY, CASE IS PENDING FOR ADJUDICATION.
